WHY PARTNER WITH US

Applications you can actually convert.

Recruitment partners are easy to find and expensive to manage when the applications arrive unscreened. Our counsellors are not paid per application and not measured on any individual institution, so there is no reason to send you a file that will not convert. We are paid when a student enrols and stays, which aligns us with your yield rather than with your inbox volume.

How a partnership works

A standard representation agreement, a named contact on each side, and agreed commission terms paid on enrolment. We do not ask for exclusivity and we do not offer it — students are shortlisted on fit, and an exclusive arrangement would quietly undermine that.

Onboarding takes a few weeks: entry criteria and course lists shared with our counselling floors, a briefing session for the destination desk, and access to your application portal.

What we screen for

Before an application reaches you, it has been through these checks.

What we ask from you

The partnership works in both directions, and these are the things that most affect conversion.

Getting started

Partnership enquiries go to the partnerships team rather than through student counselling. Send your current course list, entry criteria and commission terms, and we will come back with the destinations and student profiles where we think the fit is strongest.

If we do not think we can recruit for you well, we will say so rather than sign an agreement that produces nothing for either side.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How do I become a partner institution?

Send your course list, published entry criteria and proposed commission terms to the partnerships team. We assess where your programmes fit the student profiles we actually see, and come back with an honest view of the volume and the destinations where the match is strongest. Onboarding then takes a few weeks — agreement, portal access, and a briefing session so the destination desk knows your courses properly rather than approximately.
