PREMIUM COUNSELLING
Counselling that goes past the shortlist.
A named senior counsellor from first conversation to first week on campus — profile audit, application build, offer comparison and funding review, with priority turnaround on every draft.
owns your file end to end
draft turnaround
universities shortlisted
scheduled check-in call
support if you start early
Free counselling stays available. Premium is the paid tier on top.
The difference is time and attention, not a longer template.
Standard counselling gets you a shortlist and a submitted application. Premium gives you a named senior counsellor who already knows your file, reads every draft properly, and holds a scheduled call each week — which matters most in November and January, when every deadline lands at once.
A named counsellor
One person from enquiry to enrolment, not a shared queue.
Drafts read properly
Line edits on your statement, not a checklist reply.
Priority in peak season
Your file does not wait behind two hundred others in January.
What premium buys is time, not a longer brochure
Standard counselling is free and it is genuinely good: a shortlist, a submitted application, a visa file. What it cannot give you is unlimited hours, because those hours are spread across a lot of students.
Premium is the paid tier for applicants who need more of them — a named senior counsellor who already knows your file, a scheduled call every week, and drafts read properly within a working day rather than whenever the queue clears. It matters most in November and January, when every deadline lands at once.
A named counsellor, and the hours to use them.
The difference is access and turnaround. Everything in the free service is included; these are the additions.

Priority in peak season

Is premium actually worth it for you?
It is worth it if your application needs argument rather than administration — a non-linear academic record, a career change, a competitive programme where the statement does the heavy lifting, or a scholarship bid that will be read by a panel.
It is not worth it if your grades comfortably clear your shortlist and your timeline is relaxed. In that case the free service will get you the same offers, and we will say so rather than sell you something you do not need.
What we ask from you
The premium tier only works if the exchange runs both ways. These are the commitments on your side.
- —
- Attend the weekly call · Missed slots are the single biggest cause of slipped timelines
- —
- Return drafts promptly · We turn them around in a day; the round trip matters
- —
- Be honest about budget · A shortlist built on a number you cannot fund wastes months
- —
- Disclose the full record · Backlogs and gaps are manageable; surprises in November are not
- —
- Decide when asked · Offers expire, and deposits secure places on a first-come basis
- —
- Start early · The tier delivers most where there is time to use it
Frequently asked questions
How is premium different from free counselling?
The free service gets you a shortlist, submitted applications and a visa file, handled by whichever counsellor is available. Premium gives you one named senior counsellor who knows your file without being reminded, a scheduled weekly call, drafts read within a working day, and priority when the season gets busy. The outputs are the same on paper. The difference is how much thinking goes into each one, and how fast it comes back.

“They told me honestly that two of my five choices were out of reach. That saved me two application fees.”
