HOW APPLYING WORKS

Applications fail on admin far more often than on merit.

A missing transcript page, a reference that never arrives, a conditional offer whose deadline passed unnoticed — these lose more places than weak grades do. We run the process as a tracked file with one owner, so the paperwork is never the reason an offer slips away.

One file, one owner, every deadline tracked

Applications fail on administration far more often than on merit. A transcript page that never got attested, a referee who did not reply, a conditional offer whose deadline passed while everyone assumed someone else was watching it — these lose more places than weak grades do.

So we run the process as a tracked file with a single owner. You upload documents once. We file, follow up and chase. Every condition attached to every offer has a date against it and a person responsible for it, and that person is not you.

When should applications actually go in?

As early as the university will accept them. Most institutions assess on a rolling basis, which means the same application that wins a place in October can be waitlisted in February — not because it got worse, but because the cohort filled. Early applications also buy you options. If a first-choice offer is conditional on a higher English band, an early submission leaves room to retake the test. A late one does not, and that is when students start accepting places they did not really want.

What every application needs

Requirements vary by country and course, but this is the core set almost every institution asks for.

  • ✓Academic transcriptsAttested, in the format the destination expects
  • ✓Degree or school certificatesProvisional certificates accepted in most cases
  • ✓English test scoreMeeting both the overall and the per-section minimum
  • ✓Statement of purposeWritten for the specific course, not a general one
  • ✓Letters of recommendationUsually two, academic or professional depending on level
  • ✓Passport and photographsValid well beyond your intended course end date
