HOW WE HANDLE IT

Most refusals are paperwork problems, not profile problems.

Case officers refuse for missing evidence, funds held for the wrong number of days, or a statement of purpose that does not match the course chosen. We check the file against the current rules for your destination before anything is submitted, and we tell you plainly when something will not pass.

  1. 01Checked against current rulesRequirements change mid-intake, so we verify before every submission.
  2. 02Financial evidence firstThe most common refusal reason, and the slowest one to fix late.
  3. 03Nothing filed on a guessIf the file is weak, we say so rather than let you pay the fee twice.

Visa assistance, included in your counselling

We file student visa applications for the UK, Australia, Canada, the United States, Ireland and New Zealand every week, which means we see the refusal patterns well before they reach you. Rules shift mid-intake — funds held for a different number of days, a new evidence format, a changed English requirement — and a checklist printed six months ago will quietly walk you into a refusal.

There is no separate charge for any of this. Visa work sits inside the counselling service, because an offer you cannot travel on is not worth much to either of us.

WHAT WE HANDLE

Every part of the file, not just the form.

Your counsellor owns the visa file from the moment your offer is confirmed until the decision letter arrives.

When should I file the application?

As soon as your confirmation of admission is issued. Processing times move with demand — the same country that decides in ten days in March can take six weeks in July, when everyone with a September start files at once. If an education loan or a scholarship is funding you, file earlier still. Financial evidence has to be in place and seasoned before the application goes in, and that is the step students most often underestimate.
